2. The History of our Works.

The Nippon Clock Company Ltd. has the office and works, 117,600 square metres in site, 11,760 square metres in building ares, 1,000 pcs in the machines and fixtures, at Seki-machi, Gifu-Pref., where our works are located, is the most suitable clock industry, because this town has so long history of the metal induztry as 700 years, and lovely landscape as Switzerland. We have done our best for inquiry and elevation of the minutely industry during over 20 years.
This town has been also well-known on account of the broadleaved tree to use for making of clock's wooden cases, and these tree is produced in large quantities in this district.
And the training of our engineers has been done by Seki Higher Technical School belonging our works.
It is our pride that we attend to our bussiness with our family and manufactureing not only by the latest science but our long experience.
Now our works win reputation as highest class of clock factory. And our many clocks are being shipped for Hongkong, Pakistan, Philippine, Singapore, Siam, Burma, India, Central and South America, being enjoyed good quality, and we are receiving good deal of orders for us from each country.
